Payday AI: Frequently asked questions

Last updated: 8 September 2026 Contact: support@thepayday.ai

Short, honest answers. Where a fuller page exists, we link to it instead of repeating it here, so there is one true version of each answer, not two that can drift apart.

How much does Payday AI cost?

One plan, US$30 a month, billed in advance. There is nothing to compare or upgrade to: every paying member gets the same evidence and the same connector into their AI assistant.

How do I cancel?

Any time, in one click, from your account page. You keep access to the end of the month you have already paid for. Cancelling does not owe us a reason.

Is there a refund if it is not what I expected?

Yes, for your first month. If it is not what you expected, email support@thepayday.ai within 30 days and we refund the first month. No form, no questions. See our Refunds page for the full policy, including what happens after that first month.

How is the revenue estimate calculated?

It depends on how the business actually gets paid; there is no single formula. Our Methodology page walks through each method in full, including what it can see and what it cannot.

Why no letter grades or scores?

Because a single letter or score hides the actual number and the actual source behind it, and those are the two things worth checking. Every figure on Payday AI carries its own evidence and its own date instead, so you can judge it yourself rather than trust our judgement of it.

How are trends chosen and tracked?

A trend is a real lane of demand, measured with real, bought search-volume data, never a model's guess. Most come from real patterns already showing up among the businesses in our directory; a few are built from search demand alone, ahead of any business proving it out. Full detail, including the bar a trend has to clear before it gets a page, is on our Methodology page.

What happens if a number on Payday AI is wrong?

Every business page has a link: "Run this business, or know one of these numbers needs updating? Tell us, free, no account needed." Real evidence changes the record with a dated correction. We do not quietly delete a number, and we do not take a page down just because someone would prefer it gone.

Is this financial advice?

No. Payday AI is information, not financial or business advice, and never a promise of income. What another business earns today says nothing certain about what you would earn trying something similar.

Is the AI-written paragraph about each business fact-checked, or can it make things up?

It is written from the sourced facts already on that business's page, never invented. When your AI assistant asks Payday AI a question, it is only ever allowed to answer from what our tools actually return; if a lookup does not return an answer, it says so rather than filling the gap with a guess.

Do you sell my data?

No.

Who runs Payday AI?

One person, without a public name attached to it. Builds without a public name; the numbers carry the story, the same standard every faceless founder on Payday AI is held to.

Where do I read the small print?

Terms, Privacy, and Refunds. Support questions we have not covered here go to support@thepayday.ai.
